Our coaching approach utilises the fundamental scientific principles of training combined with the latest evidence-led innovative techniques to assess needs analysis and create periodised training programmes targeting a range of variables across the force-velocity relationship which cater to each client’s specific goals.

Fitness Testing

Performing a sport-specific testing battery allowing us to run a gap-analysis and identify personal strengths and areas for improvement.

Bespoke Training

Using the data obtained from your testing results to create a periodised training programme targeting a variety of neuromuscular and physiological adaptations specific to the needs-analysis of your sport.

Injury Prevention & Rehabilitation

Utilising a range of exercises to strengthen specific muscles in order to; rehabilitate, build robustness, address imbalances, return to sport and prevent reoccurring injuries.
