I am so glad I found the health and fitness lab. I sustained a hip injury at drama school and lost a lot of confidence in my body and the gym. Darren has tailored my workouts around my injury and not only has my body transformed but so has my attitude to training. I now look forward to my work outs and have achieved so much more than I ever thought possible as a result. Darren makes me feel like I can do anything if I put my mind to it and is hands down the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. I just wish I’d started sooner!
