Initial Assessment
During the initial assessment we will review your training history alongside a variety of lifestyle variables including: sleep quality, stress management, work schedule, current exercise programme, diet and any supplements or medication. Next, you will undergo a variety of physiological, movement and strength assessments before discussing your desired goals.
Bespoke Training Programme
Bespoke Training Programme Using the data obtained from your testing results we will create a periodised training programme targeting a variety of neuromuscular and physiological adaptations specific to your goals. We will also provide you with your individualised calorie and macro targets for optimal results.
Weekly Check-ins
Virtual weekly check-ins will be scheduled to monitor your progress, make any necessary adjustments and hold you accountable whilst helping you overcome any challenges you may face in achieving your goals.
