Since graduating from my masters degree in strength & conditioning from Loughborough University, I have worked as an independent S&C coach; specialising in injury rehabilitation, enhancing performance and weight management across sports such as football and boxing.
In addition, i have also been aiding the general population in personal training over the past 5 years, where i have worked with hundreds of clients across a variety of different backgrounds, ages, weights, goals and training experience.
My coaching approach utilises the fundamental scientific principles of training combined with the latest evidence-led innovative techniques to cater to each clients specific goals.

I am a personal trainer with over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. I began my career working across multiple platinum level gyms, where my unique techniques, adaptability and outgoing personality enabled me to swiftly amass a huge client base. This environment allowed me to perfect my craft by training a multitude of people across a variety of different backgrounds, ages, fitness goals and abilities.
My overwhelming success enabled me to achieve a life-long ambition by opening my own private 1-1 personal training studio in 2010; allowing me to apply my expertise in health, fitness and exercise to benefit my local community.
During my 15 years i have seen many ‘technological advances’, FADS and new phenoms come and go. However, the core fundamental principles of exercise have always remained the same. Therefore, my philosophy is that simplicity is genius; I apply these fundamental principles to cater for each clients specific needs but most importantly in a way which makes it fun!
Ellen Thomas
I am a Sports Massage Therapist and I love what I do! I really believe in helping and healing people through Massage Therapy. Since qualifying in Sports Massage, I have further enhanced my skill set by studying Myofascial Release and Chair Massage; giving me a greater depth of knowledge and a wider variety of techniques, which I use to help my clients achieve their goals.
