There is something for everyone. Whether you’ve never set foot in a gym but want to start your journey to improve your health, fitness and confidence, or you’re an experienced gym-goer who wants to take their training to the next level we have the tools to help you!

At the Health and Fitness Lab our aim is to create a fun, friendly and effective training environment. Our private 1-1 studio means it will just be you and your trainer in the room, enabling you to feel comfortable and maintain complete focus on achieve your goals.

Our coaching approach utilises the fundamental scientific principles of training combined with the latest evidence-led innovative techniques, to create and implement periodised training programmes which target a range of variables in response to your specific individual goals.

During your initial session your personal trainer will discuss your desired outcome goals, training history and injury status before utilising a variety of movement and fitness screening tests to assess mobility, muscular strength and In-balances.

Using the information provided, your personal trainer will create a personalised periodised training programme built around your current work and lifestyle routines.

At the subsequent sessions your personal trainer will coach you through the session plans, ensuring correct technique for a safe and effective workout, whilst offering gentle encouragement to push you past your limits.
